Return Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange or return your order should you be dissatisfied in any way – please read below.

Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within seven working days of receipt of order

The item(s) should be in its original, unopened packaging (including unit carton) along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.

In case of open unit returns, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the product value will be applied and deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be made to the purchase credit card account or in the form of SiMania vouchers. We regret that custom made items cannot be returned/refunded.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from the Company. Claims for shortages or discrepant parts must be made no later than 7 calendar days after installation. Customer may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to the Company by reason of any right of set-off or counterclaim which the Customer may have or allege to have against the Company. In the event full payment is not received at installation, Company reserves the right to temporarily disable software until final payment is made.

The products displayed on website carry limited warranty from brand / manufacturer / distributor for a limited period against manufacturing defects only.

The terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per warranty card attached with each product. Warranty commences from the date of the Invoice, unless specified otherwise.

Warranty is applicable within the limits of United Arab Emirates only unless specified otherwise in the warranty card or on Website. SiMania will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand / manufacturer / distributor. In case the product is defective and/or requires repair, it is your responsibility to deliver the product, at your cost, to any of our Center in the United Arab Emirates.

In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product / Out of the Box failure, the respective service centre / service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and would offer either a replacement or product repair.

Other than what is provided by the brand / manufacturer / distributor, we hereby expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (expressed or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted (including product information and/or specifications) on the Website.

  • For product which has onsite warranty support, you can call the call centre & register the complaint for onsite service
  • For product which has back to bench service, you may drop the product to the SiMania Center.
  • For retail product, for which SiMania Serve is not an authorized service provider, customer has to register the complaint with the respective authorized service provider as per the information provided in the user book. Alternatively, they can deposit the set to the SiMania Center.
